Abalone Delights at Min Jiang at One-North
From 15 July to 14 August 2014, this luxurious sea treasure will be the limelight at Min Jiang at One-North. Indulge in Master Chef Goh Chee Kong’s creative dishes that bring out the succulence of the Australian abalones.

Abalone Trio Platter ($28 per person)
This gorgeous plate features three dainty appetisers – the invigorating Abalone roll with green apple and truffle oil, a luxe ‘yong tau foo’-inspired Pan-fried abalone stuffed with prawn paste and a variation of the restaurant’s popular dumpling: Steamed ‘xiao long bao’ with mini abalones.
Braised 4-Head Abalone with Millet Broth ($48 per person)
Fried Abalone with Pine Nuts in Spicy Sauce ($14 per person)
Fried Rice with Baby Abalone and Fresh Crabmeat ($28 per person)
For guests who cannot get enough of abalone, a 6-Course Abalone Indulgence Set Menu is also available at $128 per person (min 2 persons).
