Goodwood Park Hotel has two grand ballrooms and two boardrooms to cater to a variety of events and functions on different scales. All conference and function rooms feature state-of-the-art teleconferencing and audio-visual equipment, including broadband Internet access and strategically positioned motorised LCD projectors and screens.

Tudor Ballroom

Delicately opulent with chandeliers, arches and French windows, the Tudor Ballroom exudes a unique aura that is cosy and inviting. Its private reception area provides a perfect setting for mingling and cocktails during seminar breaks or before a banquet.

Windsor Ballroom

The Windsor Ballroom impresses at once with its grand setting, spacious interior and stylish decor, making it the undeniable pride of Goodwood Park. Complete with elegant chandeliers, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, teleconferencing and audio visual systems, it is ideal for gala weddings, society events, theme and launch parties, as well as medium to large seminars, conferences and corporate functions. The ballroom can be further divided into two to four smaller rooms – Arundel, Dover, Hampton and Leeds – to accommodate smaller functions.

Boardroom I and II

Ideal for smaller business meetings, our tastefully furnished Boardrooms are private and pleasant meeting place with a seating capacity for 10 to 12 guests, conference facilities and beverage services.

The Terrace and Min Pavilion

Overlooking the picturesque Main Pool, these 2 shaded alfresco terraces are extensions to the F&B outlets, Min Jiang and L’Espresso respectively. Each is set against a backdrop of the Hotel’s charming European architecture, and can seat up to 10 tables or accommodate 150 guests for standing cocktail events. Thoughtfully done up with ceiling fans and fully shaded awnings, both are choice venues for private parties and cosy celebrations.

Min Jiang @ One-North

Whether it is a wedding or just a special reason to celebrate, this fine dining Chinese restaurant housed in a charming black and white bungalow, could be the perfect venue for your next event. Host elegant cocktails out on the alfresco Terrace followed by intimate private events. Or if you prefer, have the surrounding grounds all to yourselves for a lavish garden party.

Outside Catering

Whatever the occasion and wherever it may be held, you may call upon the hotel to prepare an array of local, international and specialty menus along with any other special requests. You simply invite the guests and we’ll do the rest.
