MIN JIANG OFFERS NEW VEGETARIAN TREATS

Newly launched at the award-winning Min Jiang is a brand new and on-going six-course Vegetarian Set Menu that highlights Master Chef Tan Ah Teng’s skill and creativity.

Menu Highlights at Min Jiang

Priced at S$45 per person, the six-course Vegetarian Set Menu features the Vegetarian “shark’s fin” in brown sauce, a great alternative to the real shark’s fin. Lauded for its remarkable similarity in texture to the real McCoy, these gelatinous strands are made with extracts from vegetables, seaweed and starch. The other five dishes are the Braised beancurd with winter melon and ‘lingzhi’ mushrooms, Crisp fried eggplant with French beans, Curry mock chicken with potatoes, Wok fried “bee hoon” with shredded vegetables and to complete the meal, the Deep fried banana with red bean paste in rice paper.

Lunch: 11am – 2.30pm

Dinner: 6pm- 10.30pm
