New Specialities at Min Jiang
Award-winning Chinese restaurant Min Jiang is pleased to present new specialities on its a la carte menu that are well-known classics first made famous by the indelible Chef Chan Chen Hei. While the notable chef is now overseas, he has left his legacy on our shores in the form of his signature dishes, now skilfully prepared by his former assistants who have since joined Min Jiang.
