Gather everyone for that toss to prosperity with our exciting varieties of Yu Sheng! Choices include Lobster, Salmon, Abalone, Ikan Parang and Vegetarian.
Prices range from $30 for a small Vegetarian Yu Sheng to $80 for a large Salmon Yu Sheng and $138 for a large Lobster or Abalone Yu Sheng.
 
Hamachi Yu Sheng - NEW!
‘Lo Hei’ for an auspicious new year with this unique mix of hamachi (yellowtail), flying fish roe, wasabi ebiko (prawn roe), seaweed, French chives, mesclun greens, shredded red and white carrots, Buddha’s hand citron, jellyfish, onions and pomelo, enhanced with chef’s secret sweet sauce and lime juice.
Homemade taro and sweet potato crisps, pine nuts and sesame seeds provide that extra delicious crunch to the dish.

Created by the culinary team from Min Jiang, this show-stopper is a unique auspicious dish that symbolises an abundance of wealth. Decadent ingredients such as pork knuckles, sliced abalone, dried scallops, dried oysters, black moss and black mushrooms are wrapped up in lotus leaves, encased in 'treasure bag'-shaped salt crust, and oven-baked for four hours to seal in the rich flavours.

A traditional Chinese dish with Cantonese influence, this is a dish of treasures that uses only top-grade ingredients such as South African baby abalones, dried fish maw, black moss, sea cucumber, dried scallops, flower mushrooms, Chinese dried oysters, Min Jiang in-house roasted pork, Australian fresh scallops and live prawns.

Introduced in 2009 by Min Jiang at One-North, this gastronomic dish received rave reviews and is back again by popular demand! Indulge in a 2-kg boneless duck stuffed with eight treasures of fresh mushrooms, sea cucumber, dried scallops, lotus seeds, fox nuts, black moss, chestnuts and water chestnuts, and braised to succulent perfection.
Priced at $138, this serves 8 - 10 persons and is available for dine-in and takeaway.

In the mood for something different from the usual Chinese fare? L'Espresso is offering a delectable English Afternoon Tea buffet with freshly made sandwiches using different breads such as white, wholemeal and croissants, savouries like gratinated spinach and ricotta Cannelloni, traditional English scones, cakes, pastries, ice cream and a chocolate fountain. Chinese New Year treats like 'bak kua', crispy pork belly with BBQ sweet sauce and smoked salmon Yu Sheng are also included in the buffet.
 
Whisper sweet nothings to each other amidst the lush setting and cosy backdrop of L'Espresso. For guests looking to celebrate Valentine's Day, the chefs have specially created an intimate 4-Course set menu for dinner. Couples can indulge in a mixed grill platter for two for the main course, and an irresistible dessert platter to share for that extra touch of romance.

Couples can spice up the night with exquisite dishes such as moistly cooked squab with foie gras, pumpkin royale and peppery-honey dressing, complemented by main courses of grilled Wagyu beef fillet with rosemary infused potatoes, seasonal mushrooms and merlot jus for the gentleman, and roasted French seabass with pacific clams and spring bean ragout for the lady.
 
End the night on a sweet note with a tantalising dessert sampler platter for two, which features creative desserts like rose creme brulee with almond tuile and marinated lychee trifle with raspberry granite.
