| We would like to introduce you to a loyalty programme specially designed for you as our way of expressing our appreciation for your continued support. |

| Be rewarded every time you make room reservations at Goodwood Park Hotel for your guests. |
| |
| For every night’s accommodation booked and materialised, points will be awarded to you. Upon accumulation of a minimum of 20 points and above, you will be able to redeem an exciting range of vouchers or hotel stay. |

| Points will be awarded for each MATERIALISED PAYING ROOM NIGHT booked from 1 January to 31 December 2010. Awarding of points is based on the room types materialised as follows: |

| WHO IS ELIGIBLE |
| Open to all Singapore Registered corporate companies on contracted rates (individual or group bookings), corporate promotions and residential seminars. This programme is not applicable for any third party, Travel Agents, PCOs, DMCs, day-use, self booking or complimentary stay. |

| HOW DOES IT WORK |
| Registration is based on completion of the “Membership Application Form – Company’s Registration, Group Tracking/ “Membership Application Form – Company’s Registration, Individual Tracking,” [ANNEXE I] |
| By the 5th of each month, members only need to submit the completed “Monthly Room Nights Summary Form” [ANNEXE II] to the Hotel |
| Your room nights accumulated to date will be verified by our Sales Co-ordinator/ Confidential Secretary |
| Redemption requests must be made via the Hotel’s “Redemption Form” [ANNEXE III] |
| Our Sales Managers will personally deliver the voucher(s) and a letter of acknowledgement to the members |

| HOW TO PARTICIPATE |

| To participate, kindly complete the respective registration form: |

| Company’s Registration – Group Tracking |
| Only one appointed authorised person is allowed to participate in the programme. List of other travel arrangers involved in hotel reservations must be included to enable us to credit their reservation points to the appointed person’s account. Those not included in the list will not be awarded any points. |

| Company’s Registration – Individual Tracking |
| Each travel arranger in the company must complete their own registration and only reservations made by the registered person, points will be accredited. All forms must be with authorised name, signature and company’s stamp. The Hotel reserves the right to forfeit any claims for points, should any registration be not completed. |

| TERMS & CONDITIONS |
| |
1. All room reservations must be made directly with the hotel providing our colleagues with your name and company details for points to be accumulated once the Goodwood Park Priority Members Programme application is approved and an account has been created. |
|
2. Point accumulation will start from the month the application is approved with a base point of zero. |
|
3. Tabulation of points will be done by Goodwood Park Hotel and all decisions will be final. No correspondence will be entertained. |
|
4. Goodwood Park Hotel reserves the right to decline any membership without giving any reasons. |
|
5. Should the member be employed in another company, re-registration is required and all points not claimed before the last day of employment will be forfeited. |
|
6. All reward vouchers will require a minimum of 4 weeks for processing. |
|
7. The Goodwood Park Priority Members Programme rewards, privileges, terms & conditions may be changed or withdrawn at the discretion of Goodwood Park Hotel without prior notice to the member. |
|
8. With a minimum of 20 points, you can redeem for a gift as per gift list or you can accumulate the points for gifts of higher value. |
|
9. For redemption of gifts, kindly complete the Redemption Form and fax back to us at 6738 5034 or you may contact our Confidential Secretary / Sales Coordinator at Tel: 6730 1849 / 6730 1886 for an update of points. |

10. The meal vouchers are not redeemable for Banquet facilities or private room functions. Extension on the validity of vouchers will not be entertained. |
|
11. Bookings of room accommodation are subject to room availability. |
|
12. Points awarded are non transferable and the Hotel reserves the right to change or substitute the gifts should any of the items not be available at the time of redemption; Goodwood Park Hotel is not liable for any lost or misplaced vouchers. |

13. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the programme at any time without notice |
|
14. Any gift not redeemed by 10 January 2011 will be forfeited |
|
15. Top-up of points will not be entertained |
