For this limited period during lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy the Pork Combination Platter – a beautifully presented creation of 5 variations of pork cooked in different styles by Master Chef Goh Chee Kong. Following the popularity of the 4th Anniversary Duck Platter offered in March 2010, Master Chef Goh has again crafted a dish that cleverly showcases a myriad of tastes and textures on one plate.
It will be a lovely treat for pork lovers!
