From 18 October to 31 December 2019, embark on a gastronomic journey at Min Jiang at Dempsey with eight sumptuous classic favourites that are executed with a contemporary twist and seamlessly woven with familiar flavours.

Freshly prepared using the finest ingredients, Master Chef Goh Chee Kong’s new creations are meticulously crafted and presented with finesse to excite the palate.
