Renowned for its Asian-inspired festive creations, the new Steam-Baked Turkey stuffed with Chestnut, Ham and Vegetables, served with Yam Rice and Chef's Special Chilli Sauce promises to be the crown jewel at the festive table. Lovingly marinated for two days, the turkey is slow-baked for two hours to juicy tenderness before being finished in the oven to achieve a golden and crisp skin.

For a flavour that hits close to home, the Curry Turkey Potato Pot Pie is filled with tender turkey breast chunks, fragrant potatoes and a rich, aromatic curry base. Not forgetting the comforting comforting Turkey Pot Pie and hearty Turkey Spinach Lasagne - both baked to golden perfection and are definite crowd-pleasers! 

Returning crowd favourites include the Slow-roasted Iberico Pork Belly with Crackling, Potato Gratin, Pickled Cabbage, Apple Sauce & Pork Jus, DIY Turkey Popiah with Homemade Sambal Chilli, and more.

Enter the sweet side of Chrismtas with an irresistible selection of logcake and tarts! Highlights include the Earl Grey Winter Sleigh, where every bite reveals a delightful harmony of Earl Grey cremeux, crispy golden kunafa, fluffy pistachio sponge and tangy raspberry compote, along with the rich and fudgy Yuletide Chocolate Travel Cake that combines high-quality Manjari chocolate cake and vanilla-spiced apricot compote. 

The stunning Crisp-mas Pistachio Kunafa Tart features caramelised pistachios, white chocolate and roasted kunafa – akin to the trending Dubai Chocolate. Boasting a mix of fruits and nuts, the Merry Berry Nutty Tart is a pleasant surprise and perfect alternative to traditional logcakes. And of course, no celebration would be complete without our signature ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian Christmas Log Cake and Festive Chocolate Log Cake!
