Terms and Conditions

• Rates are applicable only for new bookings (except group bookings) and based on consecutive nights stay.
• Rate changes may apply, package is subject to availability. Blackout dates and seasonal surcharges may apply.
• Upon confirmation of bookings for 14 nights stay and above, all bookings are binding. Cancellation and early termination will not be accepted, otherwise full charges for the whole duration of stay will be levied.
• For 30 nights stay and above, a one-month deposit is required before commencement of stay, which would be used as credit against any current account upon departure.

• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes
• Limited rooms are allotted each day.
• The Hotel reserves the right to terminate or amend promotional details without prior notice.
