The Singapore Food Festival (SFF) returns this year with a bold new vision and a gastronomic adventure to reimagined and celebrate the nation’s culinary spirit. 

In collaboration with Singapore Food Festival 2025, Min Jiang at Dempsey is proud to present an exclusive menu that pays tribute to the rich culinary heritage of Singapore. Available from 4 to 24 September 2025, this menu features 8 iconic dishes such as Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Meatball and Dried Scallops, Deep-fried Crabmeat with Duck Liver and Salted Egg Yolk and more. Journey through Master Chef Goh Chee Kong's take on classics from Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew to Hakka dialect group, bringing nostalgic flavors to life in exciting new ways.
