The highly coveted Hairy Crab returns to Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey. Highly sought after for its delicate flavour and premium quality, this prized crustacean is elevated beyond its classic steamed preparation with dishes that exemplify culinary artistry. These dishes have been thoughtfully created for fuss-free enjoyment sans the effort of shelling the crab. Ranging from set menus to a la carte options, it will be available from 20 October to 16 November 2025, subject to seasonal availability.

At Min Jiang, diners can savour signature favourites such as the Steamed Hairy Crab with Glutinous Rice served in a Bamboo Basket, alongside new highlights like the Glass Noodles with Hairy Crab Roe and Garlic in Superior Broth. Over at Min Jiang at Dempsey, the famed Steamed Hairy Crab with Ginger Rice Wine is joined by inventive new dishes that include the Poached Wa Wa Cabbage with Hairy Crab Roe and Crab Meat.
