The highly anticipated Hairy Crab returns to Min Jiang and Min Jiang Dempsey. Renowned for its delicate flavour and exceptional quality, this coveted crustacean exquisite menu brings together time-honoured preparations and creative culinary expressions. These dishes have been thoughtfully created for fuss-free enjoyment sans the effort of shelling the crab. Ranging from set menus to a la carte options, it will be available from 12 October to 30 November 2026, subject to seasonal availability.

At Min Jiang, diners can savour perennial specialties such as the Steamed Hairy Crab with Glutinous Rice served in a Bamboo Basket,  alongside with new creations such as the Pan-seared Rice Noodle Roll with Dried Shrimp topped and Hairy Crab Roe Gravy. Equally enticing is Min Jiang Dempsey’s famous Steamed Hairy Crab with Ginger Rice Wine, together with exciting new highlights such as the Steamed Spanish Kurobuta Pork Patty topped with Hairy Crab.
