Memories of Shanghai
In celebration of Goodwood Park Hotel’s 125th Anniversary, Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey presents ‘Memories of Shanghai’, an exquisite limited-time a la carte menu inspired by Master Chef Chan Hwan Kee’s and Master Chef Goh Chee Kong’s recent culinary sojourn in Shanghai.

Available from 1 July to 31 August 2025, this menu consists of five carefully crafted creations that are a result of Chef’s immersion in both time-honoured and emerging food trends, and his reinterpretation through the lens of the award-winning restaurant’s refined Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. These inspirations were transformed into modern interpretations – resulting in dishes that are rooted in tradition while reflecting his own inventive flair.
