At Min Jiang, this limited time only à la carte menu presents a repertoire that artfully blends tradition with inventive flair, showcasing premium ingredients and refined techniques by Master Chef Chan Hwan Kee. Highlights include Superior Prawn Broth Hokkien Lor Mee with Prawn and Sliced Ibérico Pork, Deep-fried Yam with Abalone and Braised Pork Belly, and Abalone Sauce Fried Rice with Ibérico ‘Char Siew’, Dried Conpoy, Shrimp and Diced Vegetables.
At Min Jiang Dempsey, experience Shanghai-inspired flavours reinterpreted through Chef Goh Chee Kong’s latest creations.
