Available from 1 September to 31 October, indulge in homey and comforting creations from Chef Chan's culinary exploration in Shanghai, where he garnered valuable insights and returned brimming with ideas. These inspirations were transformed into modern interpretations – resulting in dishes that are rooted in tradition while reflecting his own inventive flair.
