  • For orders made through The Deli or Mooncake Call Centre, please note that 50% of the bill will be charged to your credit/debit card in the event of cancellation or amendment of your orders, unless the cancellation or amendment is made 3 working days before the collection date. In the event where items ordered are not collected on the agreed date, 100% of the total bill will be charged to the credit/debit card.
  • There will be no refunds for cash payments made.
