Goodwood Park Hotel celebrates the Dragon Boat Festival with an exquisite collection of handcrafted glutinous rice dumplings, also known as Zong Zi (粽子). Discover new premium creations such as the Preserved Chinese Sausages and Waxed Meat Rice Dumpling, inspired by the much-loved Min Jiang Claypot Reunion Rice, as well as the luxurious Abalone, Pork Trotter and Morel Mushroom Jumbo Pillow Rice Dumpling - an impressive 2kg star of the table, presented in a traditional bamboo basket and designed for sharing. Returning favourites include the Cantonese-style Rice Dumpling and the Mini 'Kee Chang' with D24 Durian Dip, consistently adored by many.
