Ring in this Christmas season with Goodwood Park Hotel’s gourmet selection of yuletide goodies and veritable feasts! Choose from an assortment of takeaway treats that are available at The Deli from 1 to 26 December 2018 and indulge in an array of festive menus at the hotel’s renowned dining establishments from 1 December 2018 to 1 January 2019.

Specially curated by the hotel’s talented culinary team, the exquisite selection of Christmas treats has always been the much-anticipated festive highlights – perfect to delight or impress at any celebration or gathering!

The spotlight this year falls on a majestic newcomer – the Soy-braised Turkey served with Toasted Spiced Almonds and Homemade Chilli Sauce ($238 for 8 to 12 persons)! Inspired by the highly popular Hong Kong-style soy sauce chicken, this super-sized version is not only big on homely flavours, but also extremely juicy to boot. Slow-cooked for no less than two hours with aromatics such as cinnamon, cloves and star anise, this tantalising dish is served with a choice of fragrant Pumpkin Rice or Egg Noodles in Soy Sauce with Blanched Seasonal Vegetables.

Nothing would spell Christmas celebration in Singapore better than the Mini Turkey Char Siew Po Lo Buns ($15 for 6 pieces) aptly named for its resemblance to the iconic Po Lo bun. This all-time favourite snack now comes in fun-sized portions filled with sweet-savoury turkey meat. Another delectable new savoury is the Breaded Turkey Rillettes ‘Cheong Fun’ with Creamy Tarragon Dip ($20 for 12 pieces). Paired with a mayonnaise-based herb-accented rémoulade, these flavourful turkey rillettes are coated with breadcrumbs and gently fried to a golden hue, perfect for every holiday get-together. Bask in the Christmas spirit with all-time favourites such as the Cold Capellini Pasta with Alaskan Crab, Ebi, Caviar and Truffle Vinaigrette ($108 for 4 persons), Slow Roasted Ibérico Pork Belly with Crackling, Pickled Cabbage, Apple Sauce and Pork Jus ($338 for 6 to 8 persons) and Honey-glazed Boneless Ham with Vanilla-pineapple Sauce ($108 for 4 to 6 persons).

Sweeten this celebrative occasion with some brand new charming dessert creations starting with the Yuletide Blossom Log Cake (contains alcohol; $82 for 1kg). This beautiful masterpiece of intricately hand-piped butter cream flowers is breathtakingly realistic and suitably reminiscent of a Christmas bouquet. The blooms are set against a snowy canvas of white chocolate mousse that coats strawberry chiffon sponge, yuzu-infused pear bits poached in red wine and a hazelnut sablé Breton base. Top off your festive celebrations with a jolly sweet treat – the Jolly Chocolate, Blackcurrant and Cherry Savarin Cake ($68 for 1kg). Filled with blackcurrant and cherry curd, this sponge cake-bread hybrid is encased with decadent dark chocolate, while brushstrokes of yellow glaze and white chocolate gold ‘leaves’ provide the final flourish.

Back by popular demand are the Whiskey Profiteroles Chocolate Tart (contains alcohol; $52 for 600g) – a decadent dessert inspired by the croquembouche with choux pastry profiteroles filled with whiskey custard on a chocolate sponge base surrounded by an ‘Oreo’ crust; Merry Mosaic Cakes ($50 for 500g) – a combination of 16 cake ‘squares’ of six different flavours – Orange Chiboust, Raspberry Earl Grey, Blackcurrant, Tiramisu, Green Tea and Cheesecake – individually crowned with Christmassy decorations; and Goodwood ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian Christmas Log Cake ($75 for 500g), a premium adaptation of the signature Goodwood D24 durian Christmas log cake. Packed with creamy ‘Mao Shan Wang’ durian goodness within layers of vanilla sponge, this delicious cake is bound to excite all durian enthusiasts.

  • All takeaway prices indicated above are inclusive of 7% goods and services tax.
  • Please allow 5 working days from date of order for collection / deliveries.
  • Last order date is 19 December 2018, 12noon.
  • Kindly note that deliveries are only for orders above $500, at $53.50 per location. Free delivery to 1 location for orders above $1,000. Deliveries are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • While stocks last.
  • Please note that full payment by credit/debit card or cash is required to guarantee your orders. Cash payments can be made at Goodwood Park Hotel Deli. 50% of the bill will be charged to your credit/debit card in the event of cancellation/amendment of your orders, unless the cancellation/amendment is made 5 working days before the collection/delivery date.
