Renditions of Local Dialect Favourites

As Goodwood Park Hotel looks back on its illustrious past, Master Chef Chee Kong from Min Jiang at Dempsey also reflects on Singapore’s Chinese culinary heritage; how it has and continues to contribute to the nation’s vibrant food tapestry. 

Available from 18 September to 31 December 2020, revisit 12 old favourites from the Cantonese, Hakka, Hokkien and Teochew dialect groups, that have been refined for today’s palate and presented with a contemporary touch while retaining familiar flavours.
