Masterfully handcrafted by Hong Kong chefs in annual collaboration with the hotel’s culinary team and without the use of preservatives, the festive delicacies are available at The Deli from 13 August (3pm) to 21 September 2021.

The 2021 collection introduces the new stunning Tropicana snowskin mooncake that features an alluring combination of coconut and passion fruit purée studded with dulcet morsels of pineapple cubes and coconut flakes, as well as a new deftly handcrafted pair of baby birds, Chicky Duo, filled with white lotus seed paste enriched with a quarter of golden salted egg yolk.

Making a glorious return is the Premium Duo, which pairs the intensely flavoured Black Thorn and bittersweet creamy ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian snowskin mooncakes to create an enthralling couple of highly desired durian varietals. Fans of the king-of-fruits mooncake can also look forward to the signature D24 Durian snowskin mooncakes for a sweeter alternative.

Enjoy traditional flavours in the artisanal Blue Pea Flower with White Lotus Seed Paste and Melon Seeds snowskin mooncake that draws the eyes with ethereal strokes of blue on white.

Honouring the tradition of this joyous occasion, the hotel also presents its selection of baked mooncakes that include classics and all-time favourites such as the White Lotus Seed Paste with Single Yolk, Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolk and Assorted Nuts with Ham.

This year also sees the introduction of the new White Lotus Seed Paste with Melon Seeds and White Lotus Seed Paste with Four Yolks quintessential baked favourites.
