In celebration of its fifth anniversary on 23 April this year, Min Jiang at Dempsey will unveil an impeccable repertoire of five new dishes available in a set menu and a la carte. Thoughtfully created by Master Chef Goh Chee Kong, the exclusive dishes highlight the restaurant’s expertise in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine.
