From 18 to 25 May 2022, Min Jiang at Goodwood Park Hotel presents a once-in-a-lifetime, first-ever culinary collaboration of four veteran Chinese chefs – Chan Kwok 陈国, Chin Hon Yin 钱汉贤, Chung Ho Shi 钟可时 and Min Jiang’s very own Chan Hwan Kee 曾繁基 – who each have a staggering 30 to 50 years’ experience in the art of Chinese cuisine.

The ‘8 Hands Culinary Showcase: A Rediscovery of Cantonese Classics’ which highlights rarely seen traditional Hong Kong-style Cantonese dishes that date back at least three decades, is also curated by Gourmet Ambassador Moses Lim 林益民, Singapore’s celebrity food connoisseur and a leading expert on Chinese cuisine.
