Shredded Chicken, Sakura Ebi, Laksa Paste, Laksa Leaves

Bak Kut Teh Dumpling

Pork Belly, Shiitake Mushrooms, Fried Garlic

Hong Kong-Style Dumpling

Roasted Pork, Roasted Duck, Dried Scallops, Shiitake Mushrooms, Chestnuts, Mung Beans, Lotus Seeds

 

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bring the water in the steamer to a boil before placing the trivet in, followed by the dumplings on a plate.

  • Steam over high heat for 10 minutes or until heated through.

  • Only for Hong Kong-Style Dumplings, steam over high heat for 20 minutes or until heated through.

 

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Keep in the chiller, best consumed within 7 days. Our dumplings are freshly handmade by Min Jiang Dim Sum chefs without the addition of preservatives.
